Q: Do you do drop shipping?

No, Plan with Inès does not drop ship products. All work is my own. All items feature designs/artwork handmade by me, Inès, and it will stay that way. This means that, although manufacturers create physical things with my artwork on them, I receive the products and then bundle them up with love and free treats and then ship them off to you.

Q: How do I receive digital downloads?

Great question! After purchasing, you will receive an email including your downloads and a receipt of your purchase. To make sure this arrives, please take extra care to type in the correct email address (I'd hate for your beautiful treats to get sent to someone else or get stuck in email purgatory). Additionally, because these emails are sent automatically, I have no way of checking if you've received them ok or not. If you have any issues with receiving or downloading digital items after purchase, you can contact me or use the chat function on this site and I'll help you out as soon as I can!

Q: Can I return digital downloads?

Digital downloads are not available for returns. However, if there is an issue with your download, please send me a message and I'll help you out as best I can. You can read the full Plan with Inès return policy here.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

I do! However, I have no control over the cost of international shipping, which I know can get so pricey (I'm sorry!). You might try getting a group together and ordering all at once to lower shipping costs.
