Shipping policy

I ship items within 5-10 business days of purchase, and sooner when possible. Items shipped within the contiguous 48 United States generally arrive within 5 days. Items sent outside of the United States can take two weeks to arrive, or longer. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays outside of my control. Please allow 14 business days after receiving a shipped notification before contacting me regarding a missing or delayed item. If it's been longer than 14 business days, definitely reach out and I'll do what I can to help.

I use at least 90% recyclable and/or post-consumer recycled shipping materials. Please consider the footprint we all leave on this planet and reuse or recycle our shipping materials.

Plan with Inès is not responsible for any shipping delays, items damaged or lost in transit, or any other issue or concern that occurred once the item(s) has(have) been dropped off at the shipping facility. Any problems that occurred in transit must be taken up with local shipping merchants. Plan with Inès is not responsible for the communication or repair of any damaged, lost, or stolen items once the item has been dropped off at the facility.
