Return Policies

Physical Items
Plan with Inès has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (an email receipt is fine).

Unfortunately, I cannot cover the cost of returns, but I can refund your item, should this method be approved by both you and me (the shop and the buyer).

Email Plan with Inès to start a return. Once your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return (reaching out via any of the above contact methods) will not be accepted, nor refunded.

 

Digital Items
Unfortunately, digital items (printable coloring pages, digital wallpapers, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any issues receiving or downloading your digital items, check out the FAQ page for help. If that doesn't solve your problem or if you have another issue with a digital item, contact me and we'll work it out together.

 

Exceptions/Non-Refundable or Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded like custom products, personalized items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Damages and issues
Make sure you check your treats once you've received them to ensure everything is as expected (this includes digital items!). Contact me as soon as possible if anything is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are acceptable by returning the item you don't want (see above return policies) and re-purchasing the correct item. Unfortunately I cannot cover the cost of returns, even if its an exchange.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (email receipt is fine).


Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, so try to wait a bit before reaching out to confirm everything's been processed.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I've approved your return then definitely let me know, and I'll make it right.
